Our air filters are designed to achieve high, virtually unrestricted air flow while maintaining filtration levels critical to ensure long engine life.
Our high flow cotton gauze air filter is washable, reusable and built to last for the life of an automotive engine. Air filters consist of four sheets of cotton gauze layered between two sheets of wire mesh. This medium is then pleated and oiled to enhance its filtering capabilities and overall performance. The oil used is a specially formulated grade of oil causing tackiness through the cotton microscopic strands. The nature of cotton allows high volumes of airflow when combined with the tackiness of the oil to create a powerful filtering media that ensures engine protection.
This air filter assembly features a 2 inch (55mm) high reusable cotton air filter with chrome lid and base.
It is designed to fit Holley,Quickfuel,Proform,Procarb,Barry Grant type Carburetors with 5 1/8" neck..
