QFT's New 600CFM carburetor was designed as a street performance carb that is also suitable for stock engines. It flows 600 cfm through 1-9/16-inch throttle bores and 1.312-inch venturis. 

They have a secondary metering plate with changeable jets and a 3-stage emulsion circuit. On the BD version, the Black Diamond coating reduces fuel temperatures by up to 6%, and is extremely scratch and corrosion resistant.
This proprietary coating keeps your carb looking factory fresh for years, even under harsh environmental conditions. A billet aluminium primary metering block and throttle body provides added strength, precise metering, and zero porosity.

Quick Fuel makes carb tuning and setup very simple with its QuickSet vacuum secondary housing that allows you to adjust the secondary opening rate with a simple screw adjustment,
instead of removing the housing cover and swapping springs. As with all Quick Fuel carbs, interchangeable bleeds allow you to fine tune both the idle and high speed circuits.
QFT's fully adjustable choke requires a simple one-wire hookup and you are ready to go.  All BD-1957 and SL-1957E carbs come with Ford A/T kickdown linkage included.

E85 SERIES 

Have you noticed the price of race gas or even pump premium lately? Smart racers and street performance enthusiasts alike are making the switch to the affordable alternative -
E85 with its true 105 octane rating. Quick Fuel Technology, the undisputed leader in E85 carburetor technology has introduced 10 different models with various airflow ratings and calibrations.
The Quick Fuel SS-650 and SS-750 models are calibrated primarily for the street, the Q-750 is available for drag, circle track racing or blow-through applications, and Q-850 through 1050s
will cover virtually any race/performance application. Hundreds of big-block bracket racers have embraced Quick Fuel's large flange QFX-4710 1050cfm E85 carburetor for its round-to-round consistency and incredible performance.

Not only has Quick Fuel precisely tuned and configured a full line of performance E85 carbs, they have packed them with features that will resist the highly corrosive 85-percent ethanol fuel for years
of trouble free performance. Special high-flow bullet style stainless steel needle and seat assemblies prevent sticking caused by fuel contaminants, and E85 resistant GFLT accelerator pumps have replaced
traditional rubber pumps. Alcohol resistant floats with stainless steel hinges are designed for improved leverage to close the larger needle and seats.
The special billet throttle body and metering blocks have been anodized for protection and the fuel bowls are also coated for corrosion protection. Stainless steel throttle plates glide on Teflon™
coated throttle shafts and feature the QuickLink system that easily change secondary opening rates.

Quick Fuel not only offers complete E85 carbs, they have conversion kits for gas 4500HP® style carbs. These conversion kits contain everything necessary to convert your carb to E85.
Quick Fuel also offers billet E85 metering blocks for 4150 style carbs plus all of the individual pieces to make the changeover. Another helpful E85 tool that is essential for E85 racers is
Quick Fuel's E85 fuel checker (E-Checker) that measures the amount of ethanol present in E85. This can vary from 70 to 85-percent depending on the refining process. While this is insignificant to street
performance drivers, it is vital for racers looking to extract the maximum out of their engines. Although conversion from gasoline to alcohol is fairly straightforward, there are a number of factors to consider before making your conversion.
Methanol requires approximately 2 times more fuel flow than gasoline. On the opposite end of the scale, E85 requires approximately 25 to 30% more fuel.

CQ SERIES

The major differences between the Street-Q and the race-bred Q-Series is the substitution of cast metering blocks and a cast throttle body in place of fully-machined billet components.

The Ultimate Street Performance Carburetor:
All-new QFT die cast aluminium main body featuring recessed air bleed cavities, polished main body, and improved airflow.
Venturi are die cast to exacting tolerances to provide "real-world" venturi/throttle bore combination, for throttle response and maximum wide open airflow.
Screw-in air bleeds enable fine tuning of both the idle and high-speed systems. CQ series carburetors weigh 4.5lbs, less than the leading competition carburetor.

Q SERIES

CNC-Machined with 4-stage emulsion provides more precise fuel metering, improved throttle response and a more uniform fuel performance curve. Billet metering blocks feature changeable idle feed and power valve channel restrictions.
Venturi are die cast to exacting tolerances to provide a "Real World" venturi/throttle bore combination, for throttle response and maximum wide-open airflow. weigh 4.5lbs less than the leading competition carburetor.

Billet Throttle Body
QFT throttle bodies are CNC-machined to exacting tolerances and provide exceptional strength. Slabbed Teflon coated throttle shafts are assembled with Teflon ribbon bearings,
low-profile button head throttle plate screws, which result in maximum airflow with minimal throttle effort.
Adjustable Secondaries
All mechanical secondary carburetors have an adjustable secondary idle speed bracket. This allows for fine tuning of the secondary throttle position to produce improved idle quality. 
All mechanical secondary carburetors feature a "Quick Link" system that alters the secondary opening rate by simply changing the secondary link. 40%, 60% or 1:1 opening rates are available.
QFT's vacuum secondary carburetors feature QFT's adjustable "Quick Set" diaphragm housing.
