Freight /Dispatch & Returns Policy

FREIGHT & DELIVERY POLICY

Procarb Australia has negotiated competitive prices on Australia Wide shipping with our selected carriers to save you money.
Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 Business days if ordered by 12pm on a business day (AEST).
Custom orders including all Carburettors require a longer dispatch time due to picking , checking , testing and drying time after Hot Run Testing prior to packing which may delay the process.
Dispatch times are estimated at 2-7 business days depending on our work in progress at time of ordering.
Please enquire by phone to our office if needed urgently at time of ordering .

RETURNS POLICY

Goods can only be returned if supplied incorrectly or are faulty. We do not accept goods for return just because you have changed your mind.
All goods sold come with a Warranty. We reserve the right to have faulty goods repaired under these warranty terms.
Goods returned for a warranty claim by the buyer and found NOT to be faulty or have been damaged buy the BUYER when fitted, will be repaired at the buyers expense.
These repair costs must be paid before the goods will be returned to the buyer.
We recommend a qualified person to fit products purchased from us .
We will not accept returns if sealed packs are opened, unless the goods are faulty.
Items must be unused and in re-saleable condition.
We do not accept returns on any products that have been fitted, unless found to be faulty.
Freight must be paid on return goods .
We are professional people in our field and many so called faults can be sorted out quickly over the phone, thus potentially saving you unneccesary freight costs and fitting delays.
Please contact us prior to sending goods back for a warranty claim so that we can assess the problem.

Domestic Freight

Most freight around Australia is handled by either Australia Post or Fastway couriers.
We do all we can prior to dispatch to have your order handled quickly and efficiently , please be mindful that once a shipment has left our premises it’s out of our control with delivery times whether std or express freight .
Currently most courier delivery services are running to capacity .

If delivery is unsuccessful as in no one home , a card may be left informing you of where your parcel can be collected.
If a signature is required when delivery is made, if no one is likely to be home please supply a work address.
There may be an additional fee if you request a re-delivery.

International Freight & Import Duties/Taxes

International freight charges will be shown on your invoice.
You may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by your government.
These are your responsibility and will need to be paid when you collect your goods.
