PLEASE NOTE : Stocks are limited on this item , therefore in most cases your own unit will be required to be sent to us for Re-manufacturing .
Our process is unique within the Automotive Automotive Industry with our all our Carburetors being Professionally Re-manufactured here at our factory located in TAREE NSW AUSTRALIA .
Our Process@ a Glance includes :
> Dismantle & Inspect .
> Machining.
> Blasting.
> Chemically Cleaned.
> High speed Tumbling & or polishing.
> Re chemically cleaned in different process.
> Re-assembled using -
> All metal parts Replated.
> Carburettor Body is Polished & or Re-Colored.
> Teflon bushes ( where required ) are fitted to Throttle Shaft.
> New Gaskets.
> Power Valve.
> Needle & seats of USA Quality used .
> Full Hot Run Tested after assembly on our Factory Set Testing engines.
> Re-Tested a final time usually after the carb has sat for some time ( Next Day )
> Final check ready for dispatch.
Please call us for information on this vehicle type . There are generally no aftermarket New Carburetors made for these vehicles . We do however sometimes acquire surplus new OE stock or we can re-manufacture your own Carburetor . This is common practice to send us your carburetor , when then re-manufacture thru our plant and return to you fully tested .
